- Options- someone from the office will pick you up and drop you off at job -team up with another cleaner -hire an uber -get a family member to drive you -borrow a vehicle from someone. Please choose one of these before contacting office
- There are no excuses. If you refuse any of these options this is your resignation due to refusal to work
Car broke down on the road or at client’s home:
- Contact your roadside assistance or family/friend -get estimated ETA (estimated time of arrival)
- Contact office and let them know of situation and that you are safe -keep in contact with the office
- If all else fails, contact Jennifer and she can help tow car at cleaners’ expense (deduct from paycheck)
