When they are in a customer’s home and encounter an urgent issue. If any of these situations happen, stop what you’re doing and call the office right away using the office number.
Emergencies
- If someone is injured
- If there’s a safety hazard in the home
- Customer Issues
- Severe damage/breakage
– The customer is angry or upset
– The customer requests an additional service not scheduled
Service Scope:
- The home is not within our scope of service (unsafe, unsanitary, or outside what we offer)

Do NOT call anyone’s personal cellphone under any circumstance
This is the correct way to handle the situation because it ensures the office can respond immediately, document the issue, and provide the right support without confusion or delay
