2-Day Session Deep Clean
- This cleaning is done in 2 days
- Deep clean of home
- Wash (hand clean) all cabinets, doors, baseboards, windowsills
- Hand clean all furniture top to bottom; including legs, sides, tops
- Hand clean all appliances, picture frames, mirrors, knick-knacks
- Edge, vacuum and mop all floors
MAINTENANCE CLEAN
- Also known as Recurring service, General clean
- Job will look like below on work order
– Weekly Maintenance Clean
– Biweekly Maintenance Clean
– Monthly Maintenance Clean
- General cleaning of home
- Feather dust everything except tops of tables, chairs we clean those by hand
- General clean of kitchen and bathrooms
- Vacuum and mop all floors
PARTIAL CLEAN
- One-time,Recurring Maintenance Clean or Top To Bottom Deluxe Clean
- Kitchen & Floors
- Bathroom & Floors
- Or a mix of rooms and areas
Essential Clean
- Kitchen, bathrooms & Floors
INITIAL GENERAL CLEAN
- First clean/Start of a Recurring Maintenance service
- 1-4 hours longer than the Maintenance Clean
- Can look like
- Initial Weekly Clean
- Initial Biweekly Clean
- Initial Monthly Clean
- Initial Top to Bottom Deluxe Clean
ONE-TIME GENERAL CLEAN
- Same as a Maintenance clean but only cleaning one time
- Also known as One-time Top to Bottom Deluxe Clean
SENIOR/DISABLED/MILITARY
- 10% Discount of normal rate
MOVE IN/OUT CLEAN -VACANT
