2. Christmas Bonus: A holiday bonus given for a full year of service belongs to the regular cleaner.
• If a fill-in cleaner happens to receive the big Christmas bonus, they must pass it on to the original cleaner.
3. Training: During training, the lead cleaner may choose whether to share tips.
• Trainees do not receive tips during their first week.
