CLEANING THE KITCHEN
- Pick up all mats and set aside
- Wipe down top cabinets at eye level and all bottom cabinets
- Stove top/out-side oven; start with oven range, spray and wipe crates, take off crates and scrub with blue sponge and dawn, wipe clean with terry cloth. Spray front of the oven. Clean knobs, front and sides of the outside oven. Put burners back in place (please clean wall behind the stove top)
- Microwave -(if microwave is above stove, do first before stove top) Spray inside, take out plate, wipe inside, clean plate and put back. Spray front of microwave and wipe clean
- Counter- work in section, pull out appliances etc… and spray backsplash and counter, scrub and wipe clean, wipe plug plates. Wipe appliances and put back, spray front of the counter, scrub and wipe clean. Move around the kitchen until you have cleaned all counters, wipe all large appliances as you wiping the counter (wait till before you clean sink to clean stainless steel large appliances)
- Clean and rinse coffee pot, unplug toaster and shake in sink of crumbs
- Stainless Steel (if applicable) spray stainless steel cleaner on microfiber cloth, fridge, microwave, dishwasher, front of oven door, trash can. Wipe with the grain
- Spay, wipe down the table top and top of chairs where your hand would pull out the chair. Spot clean seat of chairs. Dust legs of chairs and table
- Clean/dust window sills, track and dust blinds
- Dust glass doors/track -spot clean glass
- Take trash out, replace the bag. Clean inside/out of the lid and clean all outside. Clean inside if needed
- Spray/scrub sink faucet and surrounding gadgets. Drop of DDS in sink, scrub with blue sponge, use toothbrush to scrub drains and faucet crevices. Rinse clean
- Vacuum floors. Edge kitchen floor first, the vacuum. Vacuum rugs
- Mop floors -take mop bucket to kitchen sink, small drop of DDS, hot water. Start mopping from the back of the kitchen to mopping your way out of the room.
- Put back mats
- Make sure to scrub soap bottles, little caddy holders, anything around the sink area that contains sponges, scrubbers etc… Scrub coffee drain plates, spoon holders, wipe salt & pepper shakers, oil bottles, fruit bowls, cutting boards, dish drainers and drain mat
