Do I open & clean in cabinets & closets in clients homes
As part of our policy we do not clean or open cabinets or closets, drawers or anything that needs opening. There are a few exceptions.
Do not open:
- All cabinets, closed cabinets, closed drawers, boxes, jewellery boxes, medicine cabinets etc…
- If a closet door is open we can go in and do floor or if a client requests the closet be dusted.
When to open or clean:
- When we are looking for trash bags, cleaning chemicals, dog treats
- When we are putting an items away (dishes, toiletries)
- When we are cleaning the outside and need to open cabinet to finish cleaning the area
- When cleaning a dresser or table and it requires us to open the item a bit
- When pushing clothes back in a drawer
- We cleaning inside of cabinets & closets only when we do a move out cleaning or a requested inside of these areas cleaning
