What to take before photos of:
- Anything dirty -baseboards, toilets, shower/tub and so forth
- Take photos of any problem areas; messy kids room, damaged items, clutter etc…
- Take singular photos of the area; shower, toilet, stove top & front etc…
- Take a whole room photo
What to take after photos of:
- Try to get a photo of the same areas of your before photos
When to take photos:
- Take before photos before you start cleaning
- If client is not home, go through the whole house and take photos
- If client is home, take photos before & after in each room that you are in
- Take after photos while you are cleaning -finish the area and take after photo
