What to Do When Your GPS Isn’t Working

  • Match the house number
    Confirm the number on the mailbox or house before approaching to ensure you’re at the correct location.
  • OR
  • Pull over if you’re lost
    The moment you notice you’re going the wrong way or the GPS feels off, stop driving and pull over safely.
  • Restart your phone
    A quick reboot often fixes GPS glitches and resets your location accuracy.
  • Tap the GPS icon in the client profile
    Reopen the client profile and tap the GPS icon to refresh the route and get a clean navigation reset.
  • Call the office if it still fails
    If the GPS continues to misdirect you, call the office so we can troubleshoot or redirect you.
