How to Do Door Hangers
- Clock in on BIG clock before starting
Always clock in normally before beginning your route. - Go to your assigned location
Follow the route given by the office. Do not change neighborhoods or streets. - Document your first and last stop
Write down the address of the first house you hang and the last house you hang. - Take clear photos
Take a photo of each door hanger on the door to show it was placed correctly. - Hang door hangers properly
Place them neatly on the door handle or in front of the front door on ground—never shove them, toss them - Stay safe and aware
Do not enter yards with loose dogs, unsafe conditions, or “No Trespassing” or ‘No Soliciting” signs. Skip and move on. - Work efficiently
Walk house to house, hang the door hanger, take the photo, and continue your route. - Clock out when finished
End your shift normally once your assigned area is complete.
