Why You May Drive Across Town Sometimes
- We use route density
Our goal is to schedule your jobs on the same side of town or within 15–20 minutes of each other. This keeps your day efficient and reduces unnecessary driving. - Most days are tightly routed
The office works hard to group homes close together so your day flows smoothly. - But sometimes things change
Even with careful planning, routes can shift because: - A client needs to reschedule
- Another cleaner needs help
- A job runs longer or shorter than expected
- A last‑minute adjustment is needed to support the team
- When this happens, you may drive farther
It’s not the norm, but it can happen on certain days due to schedule changes outside our control. - You will always be paid for your travel time
Any time you spend driving between jobs is paid time—your workday includes your travel. - The goal is always efficiency and fairness
The office adjusts routes daily to keep drive time as short as possible while still meeting client needs and supporting the team.
