*This position is part-time. Must be flexible and open to more or less hours. Depending on work coming in. There will never be a 40-hour work week as the house cleaning industry is funny that way. Your paycheck will never be the same. As our schedules change all the time. This job is for someone that does not need a full 40-hour work week but wants to work every day and join a team that is awesome.

Local House Cleaning Company is searching for that perfect candidate in the Reno/ Sparks area.
Job Position:
HELPER / ASSISTANT
Everyone starts as a helper, teaming up with our amazing leads to learn the ropes. You’ll gain hands-on experience, master our systems, and build confidence. When we see you’re ready, you’ll fly solo—sometimes sooner than you think!
From helper to Pro—we’ve got your back.
The job in general:
Part time
$19-$25 hr.
$17 hr. Training Week
Must be AVAILABLE:
Monday-Friday
8am-5pm

Job description:
- Cleaning of residential homes- recurring cleanings, one times, deep cleans, move out cleanings
- Must be comfortable driving your own vehicle and meeting new clients on your own
- Communication with office through our app/texting
- Keep and carry equipment with you (1 trip to fill up on supplies a week)
VERY IMPORTANT -PLEASE READ REQUIREMENTS BEFORE APPLYING:
- Must be 18 years old and authorized to work in the U.S.
- Part-Time positions ONLY
- Your own reliable, insured vehicle that's used for work daily -no large vans, other company's vehicles, or vehicles with construction attachments or hardware.
- NV Driver's license (good record)
- Cell Phone -required to download our amazing work app
- Must be able to move at a fast pace
- Must be physically able lift, bend, stoop, reach, twist, kneel, lift 30 lbs. on a daily basis
- Must be able to comprehend our systems and learn them quickly
- Must follow our systems and be organized
- Must live in the Reno/Sparks area
