CLIENT IS NOT ANSWERING THE DOOR AND THE DOOR IS LOCKED

There are many reasons why the client is not answering the door. But we won’t get into that here. Lets find a solution.

  1. Knock 3 times and ring the doorbell 3 times (30 seconds in between knocking
  2. Wait between 3-5 minutes at their door
  3. Go back to your vehicle
  4. Text office of the situation and that you are calling/texting client -only office can receive the text reply from client on the system
  5. Call client -use The Customer Factor App. Locate client. click on their phone number and click call. If they answer, please let them know you are at their home and work with the client to get into home etc…
  6. Text client from the app
  7. If no answer, please wait 15 more minutes
  8. After 15 minutes and no response from client on all ends. Please text office that you are leaving
  9. Office will handle it from here on out
