How to report a vehicle accident -Voice
It is very important to report any type of vehicle accident on the job. Moreover, at a client’s home/property; car to car, property such as a pole or mailbox etc…
Report an vehicle accident:
Make sure you and any other person are okay or need emergency services
Call 911 if you need help
- Immediately assess the damage
- Do not move your vehicle
- Notify client (either in person or on the phone -please call them through app)
- Notify office
- Take pictures from the app (that way it is in the client profile and easily accessible)
- Take pictures on your cellphone (so you have them)
- Exchange insurance information with client
- Call your insurance agency and report accident
- Office will send over a Vehicle Accident Report Document to fill out
