It is very important to report any type of personal Injury while on the job

Report a personal injury accident:

Make sure you and any other person are okay or need emergency services

Call 911 if you need help

  1. Immediately assess the damage and make sure you are ok
  2. Seek medical attention at the nearest ER or call emergency service 911 if needed
  3. Call the office
  4. Take pictures of your injury (when you can)
  5. Office will send over a Personal Injury Accident Report Document to fill out
