I CAN’T OPEN DOOR LOCK

There is a variety of ways to open code locks or regular key locks on front doors. Follow these options first before you contact office

1. Enter code only
2. Enter code then press icon unlock button -to lock press ‘LOCK’ icon button
3. Press ‘SCHLAGE’ then enter code -to lock press ‘SCHLAGE’ button
4. Hold/push door handle as you enter code
5. Enter code and turn thick knob (should have a keyhole
6. Only 5 buttons with two number each code pad -example the code is 2435. You will press where the number 2 is, where the number 4 is, where the number 3 is and where the number 5 is

Sometimes you have to hold the door towards you or push away from you as you enter code or as you turn the key

7. If none of the above work please take picture of lock and send it to office. The office will call you right back
