Oversleeping & Late Arrival Policy

Oversleeping can happen. Whether you didn’t hear your alarm or forgot to set it, the reason is less important than how you handle it. What matters is taking responsibility and getting to work promptly.

If You Oversleep:

• Notify the office immediately by call or text.

• Confirm you are leaving your house and heading to the job as soon as possible.

• Provide your ETA (estimated time of arrival) to the job.

• Go directly to work 

Expectations:

• It’s simple: notify the office, get ready, and head out.

• Being late is not the end of the world. What is unacceptable is failing to make an effort to get to work, or sending only “I overslept” and waiting for the office to give instructions.

As professionals, employees are expected to take initiative and get themselves to work, even if late.
