When You’re Assigned Tasks at Another Cleaner’s Job
- Complete only the tasks assigned to you.
Never add extra tasks on your own. There is a reason we use the assigned‑task method — it keeps the new cleaner working (even for a short time), gives the client a little extra clean, and helps the new cleaner learn how to clean certain items. - When you finish, notify the other cleaner.
Say: “I’m all done with my assigned tasks, and I’m heading out now.” - Notify the client if they are home.
A simple: “I’m all finished for today — thank you, have a great day.” - You are not entitled to the other cleaner’s tips.
Please review “Do I Share My Tips?” in the Team Portal. Tips belong to the cleaner who owns the job unless the client specifically states otherwise. - Leave the home once your assigned tasks are complete.
Do not take it upon yourself to continue cleaning or add tasks that were not assigned
