MAINTENANCE/GENERAL ONE-TIME CLEAN CHECKLIST
All Rooms:
- Dust ceiling fans (light fixtures, vents, blinds, cobwebs)
- Dust/wipe/vacuum couches & chairs
- Dust window/door woodwork spot wiped including window sills
- Room hardware: wipe door knobs and switch plates
- Inside door glass dust and spot clean
- Dust Baseboards (spot clean)
- All surfaces dusted: knick-knacks, picture frames, glass, tables, lamps, dressers
- Carpet and rugs: vacuumed
- Hard surface floors: vacuumed, then mopped with appropriate cleaning product
- Trash receptacles: emptied, clean and fresh bag replaced
- Bedding/pillows/blankets straightened
Kitchen:
- Stove top, exterior/interior of microwave
- Exterior of all appliances and frames
- Countertops and backsplashes
- Cabinetry -dust top/hand clean high touch area and bottom cabinets
- Sinks -Scub train/faucet crevices
- Table, chairs, and stools
- Toiletries: dish/hand soap bottles etc…
Bathrooms:
- Shower/tub and surround
- Toilet including outside and behind near floor
- Mirrors and hardware/light fixtures
- Countertops and backsplashes
- Cabinets cleaned
- Sinks -Scub train/faucet crevices
- Toiletries wiped
- Hand clean all bathroom baseboards
