MOVE-OUT CLEANING CHECKLIST
KITCHEN:
________ Clean all large appliances
________ Dishwasher, clean inside including door frame
________ Clean refrigerator/freezer inside shelves and interior and exterior
________ Clean stovetop, inside/out oven, bottom drawer
________ Clean range hood (we do not clean vents)
________ Clean floor under appliance if applicable (pull out fridge & Oven)
________ Wipe all cabinets inside and out, including drawers
________ Clean kitchen windows/sliders/tracks
________ Clean countertops, backsplash, and sink
________ Mop kitchen floor including BASEBOARDS
BATHROOM:
________ Clean shower/tub
________ Toilet and toilet paper holder
________ Wipe down towel fixtures
________ Clean light fixtures and mirror
________ Dust vents and cobweb
________ Clean countertops and sink
________ Clean door/frames and handles
________ Light switches/plug plates
________ Inside/out cabinets
________ Mop floor including BASEBOARDS
ALL OTHER ROOMS:
________ Clean all windows, frames, tracks and sills and glass doors
________ Wash/dust baseboards
________ Vacuum all carpet, mop all floors
________ Edge all carpet
________ Dust/clean blinds, lights and ceiling fans (do not disassemble light fixtures)
________ Clean all light switch/plug plates, door handles
_______ Wash/dust all shelves including all closets
________ Wash/dust all doors/frames
________ Cobweb and dust high vents
________ Clean washer/dryer if applicable
________ Clean all inside/out of cabinets
________ Wash/dust closet shelves, rods, drawers
________ Empty/clean fire places
________ Clean stair rails/poles/bases
