Most clients now days have their home alarm access on their phone. However, there are times when they don’t notice it. Usually, it’s when we are there.
- Get out of the house and go sit in your car -stay put until you here from us or client
- Call client from app -click client, click phone number and call
- Text client from app -click client, click phone number and text
- Call office if you cannot get a hold of the client

- If alarm is not resolved, we will leave job
