Things we DO NOT CLEAN, EVER
- Flat screen TVs and computer screens -must get permission
- Animal feces, dried vomit, wet vomit. We will mop up dried urine if it’s on the floor or a baseboard but that’s it. Exceptions: We will clean up a spot of yuck if it’s an accident while we are there or if it’s a current client just to be nice. But you can choose to leave it as well.
- We do not do laundry
- We do not do dishes ( a few are ok but last night’s dinner dishes are a big NO.
- If the sink is full of dishes. Rinse all dishes and stack them on the counter. Clean sink and stack dishes neatly back in sink
- If a bedroom is not picked up and has excessive items on the floor. Please shut the door and move on. A few things are ok to pick up but nothing crazy like piles of clothes, trash or toys.
- We do not stand on kitchen chairs etc.. to reach a higher place. We only use the 2-step ladder in deep cleaning and move-out unless directed by management.
- We do not let pets out. PERIOD -we will not be responsible for lost or hurt pets
- We do not ‘watch’ children PERIOD
- We do not park in client’s driveways unless unavoidable
- We do not clean outside of home. Exceptions: sweep empty garage/shed -dust shelves, clean washer/dryer, cobwebs, sweep porches or patios, clean patio furniture, clean front doors/area/window, porch light ONLY ON MOVE OUT CLEANS
