What are the steps to clean a bathrooms

    CLEANING THE BATHROOMS

  1. Do all high dusting first; cobwebs, light fixtures, vents, doors/frames
  • Pick up all rugs, shake and put outside door, lying flat

2. Shower/tub – 1. spray outside glass door and wipe clean, 2. spray inside glass door, wipe clean 3. spray down shower walls/backsplash wipe clean 4. wipe down all shampoo bottles etc… 5. scrub tub/shower floor with DDS and sponge, rinse clean with cold water

  • There are times when you have to scrub the whole shower down and rinse the whole shower with water. Scrub soap scum, scrub grout, scrub mold and mildew

3. Dust/clean shelves, pictures, knick-knacks etc…

4. Wipe toilet paper holder and fold toilet paper

5.Toilet- spray entire toilet, top to bottom, including floor around toilet and brush holder, plunger and baseboards. 1. Use a drop of DDS in the toilet bowl and scrub with sponge 2. wipe the top of the toilet working your way to the base of toilet 3. wipe baseboards, brush holder, plunger etc… wipe the floor around the toilet including behind the toilet. Close lid

6. Sink area- 1. dust top of mirror if really big and if it just needs a dust 2. put toiletries in the sink or move from the back of counter 3. spray lightly on the mirror and back of the counter, wipe down 4. wipe toiletries and put them back at the back of counter 5. wipe or scrub toothbrush holder, put back 6. spray rest of counter wipe down 7. spray faucet and rim of sink, wipe down 8. take DDS and sponge and scrub sink basin and rinse

7. Spray and wipe cabinets

8. Wipe light switch plates and plug plates, wipe door handles on both sides of door and surrounding areas

9. Wipe towel racks, fold towels, toilet paper

10. Mop floors on hands and knees -clean baseboards (put rugs back etc..)

11. Put back rugs and trash can
