Snow in the Forecast

• Check tomorrow’s weather every evening
  When snow is in the forecast, stay alert and monitor conditions for the next day.
• Expect early communication from the office
  If snow is expected or hits overnight, the office will notify you between 6:00 AM and 7:00 AM with the plan for the day.
• Morning-of decisions happen fast
  If snow arrives the morning of work, the office will either:
• Cancel the day, or
• Move all start times to 10:00 AM or 11:00 AM
• If you have two jobs that day
  When start times are pushed out, the smallest job on your schedule will be the one we reschedule.
• Move safely at all times
  Be mindful when driving and when walking up to client doors.
  Use the penguin method on snow and ice — shuffle your feet and take short, steady steps.
• Stay ready for updates
  Keep your phone on and watch for messages from the office.
