How do I contact the client out in the field…
At times the cleaner may have to contact the client themselves. This is much faster than waiting for the office. How to contact clients while you are in the field.
Client Profile:
- Click on client profile
- Click on client’s phone number
- It will give you call or text options
- Click call option and system will call client (talk to client -state your reason)
- Click on text option and you can text client (deliver message-state your reason)
- Never email the client
This is a great feature The Customer Factor (CRM) has. Makes things so easy for all of us.
