When you can’t get directions to a client’s home using The Customer Factor App. Follow these steps to get to the home quickly and fix the issue so it doesn’t happen again.
Check the Customer Factor App for directions first.
If you are in route and the directions get weird:
- If you notice you’re not on the right path to client home
- Pull over
- Restart your phone
- Try to pull up the directions again in The Customer Factor App.
- Proceed as normal
If the route will not load:
- Copy & paste the address from the Customer Factor App into Google Maps or Apple Maps.
2. Use those directions to get to the home.
3. If it works in Google or Apple Maps:
Update the office as soon as possible that the notes need updating.
4. This usually prevents the issue from happening again.
Important:
Always make sure you’re copying the correct address from the Customer Factor App before pasting it into another map app.
