I Can’t Open the Client’s Door, but it worked before
Reasons a door code stopped working:
- Battery in code box is dead
- Client changed code and did not tell us
- Faulty bottoms or warn out buttons
- Open the client’s profile.
Tap the client’s name and click on their phone number. - Call first.
Use the call option. - If there’s no answer:
Use the same button to send a text message. - After texting:
Wait about a minute, then call again. - Make three total attempts.
Call → text → call → wait → call. - After the 3rd attempt:
Call the office. - If you cannot reach the office:
Use the 15‑minute method on your own. - 15‑minute method:
Wait up to 15 minutes for the client to respond. - After 15 minutes with no response:
Leave the property.
