Scenario:

The client did not leave clean sheets, and the dirty ones are already off the bed.

1. Pause & Check the Client Profile

• Open the client profile in the app.

• Tap the client’s phone number.

2. Send a Quick Text to the Client

• Politely ask where the clean sheets are or if they’d like the bed remade with the same ones.

3. Notify the Office

`• Send a message to the office:

“I texted the client about the sheets. Waiting for their response.”

4. Wait for Direction

• The office will tell you what to do next based on the client’s reply or lack of   reply.
