Everyone breaks something eventually. Whether it’s big or small. No matter the size or severity we always report a broken or damaged item.
- Take pictures of item
- If client is home, immediately tell them -If client is not home. Place item on a napkin on counter. If you can write a note, please do so
- Contact office immediately and send pictures of broken or damaged items
- Report what happened. If it is severe damage or breakage cleaner will have to come to office to make a report
- If broken or damaged item is so severe. Do not attempt to clean it up. Take pictures, call office and someone from the office will come out to assess the situation. Example: shower glass door shattered, or chuck of counter is broken due to cleaner dropping something on it
